Required Vendor Forms for Gadsden Job Corps Center Scope of Work for Driver's Education Instructor THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY WITH THE GADSDEN JOB CORPS CENTER/ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES AND NOT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. Gadsden Job Corps Center is currently seeking the services of an On-Site Driver's Education Instructor to begin February 2015. Interested parties must submit a cost per hour, three references, valid licenses and insurances, completed vendor questionnaire, W-9, and resume indicating experience. Proposals and Information due January 26, 2015, by 3:00 pm.
