- Construction Wage Rate Requirements RFQ Construction Clauses RFQ Cover Letter Drawings Statement of Work (SOW) SF18 The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to reconfigure electrical distribution system for BLDG 518 Hazmin Center, N6 & N6A Pump stations. Contractor is to demo existing, and reconfigure the electrical distribution systems consisting of separate 208 single phase and three phase circuits, feeding building 518, outdoor hazmat storage lockers, a sewerage lift station and storm water lift station. New configuration will be a 208v, 3 phase distribution system supplying power to all previously mentioned circuits as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor must be in accordance with SOW. Request that all quotes have a minimum 90-day expiration date. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation on or before the closing date will be considered. All prospective contractors shall have a valid, unexpired profile on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov) in accordance with FAR 4.11. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is within 90 days of notice of contract award. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: Prior to ordering or procuring materials, provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of required information to the Contracting Officer for approval per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Include manufacturer's catalog data, certificates, and other evidence indicating compliance with the SOW. Failure to provide a signed RFQ and listed sections may lead to disqualification of the quote. Any/all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted ELECTRONICALLY to the e-mail address below NO LATER THAN 3:00 pm PACIFIC TIME on 28 JANUARY, 2015. The question(s) and subsequent answer(s), if any, shall be posted on FBO for all interested parties to review before the close date. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK. A SITE VISIT WILL BE OFFERED AT 10:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2015 BY REQUEST ONLY. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Base Kodiak, Alaska. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS LESS THAN $100,000. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price construction contract. This action is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS code of 238210.
