The FAA intends to award multiple JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for construction projects including, but not limited to, minor construction, alteration and repair projects for FAA facilities in multiple geographical areas. The Primary NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard: $36.5 This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive, responsible concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. Tier One-8(a) Tier Two-SDVOSB Tier Three-Small Tier Four-All Offerors The FAA will host an Industry Day at the Atlanta Regional Office (1701 Columbia Ave, College Park, GA 30337) Please see the Industry Day Flyer in the Attachments for details. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process To be considered for award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (website: www.sam.gov). All proposals must be received no later than March 3, 2015, at 5:00 PM EST. Any responses received after the closing date and time, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. Proposals can be submitted using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any commercial mail carrier to the following address: Federal Aviation Administration Eastern Service Area Attn: Karina Espinosa, AAQ-510ATL 1701 Columbia Avenue College Park Georgia. 30337 Mailed proposal must be sealed and labeled as follows: RFO # DTFAEN-15-R-00024. Emailed proposals will not be accepted due to mailbox limitations Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at the FAA Southern Region Office. Overnight delivery of responses to this RFP may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at the Southern Region Office. This RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation. NOTICE for informational purposes for Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
