- Clauses Scope of Work The United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5, intends to award a sole source contract to Desert Star Systems, 3261 Imjin Road, Marina CA 93933 for SeaTag-MOD2 satellite tags for Lake Sturgeon. These satellite tags will maintain a large array of underwater receivers that are optimized for freshwater applications, can be reset over ten times with a single battery, and displays real-time distance between the boat and the unit. This procurement offers a patented single moving part release and an energetic release mechanism, not susceptible to fowling or dependent on water salinity. Any firm that is capable of fulfilling this requirement may submit a written response no later than 14 days after the date this notice to Christine Beauregard at christine_beauregard@fws.gov.
