- Ambulance Services The Government intends to release solicitation VA244-15-Q-0297 for Advanced Cardio-vascular Life Support (ACLS) Ambulance vehicle transportation and contractor personnel to include one Ambulance Driver and one Emergency Medical Technician to Veteran Affairs beneficiaries receiving care at the Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center Cardiac Catheterization/ Electrophysiology Laboratory, 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. Transport will be provided to a destination within a 30 mile radius of the Wilkes Barre VAMC Main Campus with destination information to be provided at time of initial notification by Clinical Staff of Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center to Ambulance staff members. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after February 5, 2015. This full solicitation will be unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 621910, Ambulance Services, size standard $15,000,000.00. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity Contract. The period of performance will be three (3) years with the issuance of task orders as required. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. All SDVOSB and VOSB offerors must be registered in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only.
