- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to Construct a bathroom at Pineview Campground on Fort McCoy, WI. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed-price type contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance will be 180 days after contract award and notice to proceed. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 60 days of this pre solicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued.
