- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS A SYNOPSIS (SUMMARY). THE SOLICITATION PERTAINING TO THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. Army Contracting Command-Redstone has a requirement for the acquisition of one (1) each Ground Based Midcourse Defense Fire Control 6-seat Horseshoe Shape Tactical Warfighter Console. This requirement will be solicited as a sole source requirement to Technical Solutions, Inc. (TSI) of Colorado Springs, Colorado 80918. TSI has been identified as the only source for the Tactical Warfighter Console. The Tactical Warfighter Console was specifically designed for Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) for the GMD Fire Control application, and has been delivered to the Government by NGC as part of the Tactical GFC Component. The console used by the SED must be a duplicate of the specification outlined by the GFC prime developer and utilized by the Warfighters at fielded locations in order to assure product capability and integrity, operational continuity, identical functionality, and ease of transition for the Warfighter. Solicitation number W31P4Q-15-T-0089 is to be a firm fixed price acquisition, in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1 (b) (1). The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 339999. CLIN 0001 will be issued for One (1) each: Tactical Warfighter Console with installation. CLIN 0002 will be issued for Freight and Shipping. All responsible concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Contract award is anticipated on or about 10 February, 2015.
