- Purchase Request: 56201240, NSN: 4320-01-540-4180, Part Number: 814259-3. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are Hamilton Sundstrand, Cage 73030. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 12 each, New Cumberland, PA (PRLI 0001); 1 each, FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. The required delivery is 432 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Export control applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A letter RFP will be issued, a copy of the solicitation will be available upon request. The solicitation issue date is February 5, 2015. The anticipated closing date is March 5, 2015.
