- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground on behalf of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7 for the Department of the Army Military Operations, Training Branch-Collective (DAMO-TRC), intends to award a modification toW91WAW-12-C-0009 on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Perception Dynamics Research, Inc. The contract modification will extend the Period of Performance effective 2 February 2015 through 1 April 2015, while recompete is being completed. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed modification is solely within the discretion of the Government.
