- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Indiana Army National Guard (INNG) has a requirement to configure several steel caged enclosures with industrial steel shelving at Stout Field in Building 9 located 2002 South Holt Road, Indianapolis In. The INNG expects the contractor to provide delivery, installers, and new steel caged partition. In addition, INNG expects the contractor to provide drawings of the configuration caging partitions with shelves. The enclosure shall reach from the floor to the ceiling in some areas providing division between each area. The cage areas vary in size from location to location. The Indiana National Guard shall not provide measurements of the project. Contractor shall provide the materials, labor and equipment to fabricate and install the caging system. Upon delivery of material, labor will not provide for off-loading materials. For more information, click the link below for additional documents and details. Site Visit: All contractors are to attend the site visit on 26 January 2015 at 9:30 a.m. EST. Please RSVP via email to eric.j.sweatt.mil@mail.mil by 4:00 on 23 January 2015. This site visit cannot be made mandatory per the following provision: 52.237-1 Site Visit. However, participating contractor are highly encouraged to attend. There are detail that may be covered at the site visit that are not explained in the solicitation. No other site visits will be authorized prior to award. The intent of the Site Visit is as follows: a) To provide opportunity to take measurements b) To orient potential contractor to the locations and layout of area c) To become familiar with the existing structures d) To become aware of any other pertinent information associated with the site e) To answer questions with staff facilities personal who maybe otherwise in gauged other projects
