- Description
- The DLA -Aviation-VICA, Industrial Plant Equipment Division, Richmond, VA, intends to procure a new and Vertical Machining Center in accordance with the Purchase Description, VIBB-13-40-1026 dated November 7, 2015. The purchase will include installation, technical manuals, IUID tags, Through Spindle Coolant, Tool Probe, Part Probe, training and shipping. Total quantity is 1 machine. DLA intends to procure the product and services as an unrestricted, full and open competition. The anticipated award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. The award shall be based on price performance tradeoff basis (PPT). The requested performance is 250 days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination. Origin Inspection with Final Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The estimated release date of the solicitation is on or about February 1, 2015. The anticipated closing date is March 1, 2015. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https://dla.ProcreXinc.com (link is case sensitive) to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
