- C-5 ATS Industry Day 'What's New' 20-Jan-15 This C-5 ATS Market Research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to meet the following requirements: 1) provide student throughput training for the C-5 Aircrew Training System (ATS) for up to eight years and 2) provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the C-5 ATS. The draft PWS for the C-5 ATS will be included as an attachment. Please also refer to the "What's New" attachment, which provides a log of what is posted on FBO concerning the C-5 ATS Acquisition.
