- U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation located at 2771 N Garey Ave, Pomona, CA 91767-1809. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard is 500 employees. The supplies required are Methyl Salicylate (MeS) Pens and Chemical Ground Probes (CGP). Hamilton Sundstrand has developed these supplies with specific part numbers for use with the Chemical Biological Mass Spectrometer Block II (CBMS II). The MeS Pen and CGP were designed Hamilton Sundstrand to be used specifically with the CBMS II and no other product. Hamilton Sundstrand owns proprietary rights to these supplies. The proposed effort will be solicited on the basis of other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The proposed effort will be procured in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
