- This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements to optimize the Common Access Card (CAC) solution for an optimized self-service experience that is technology driven, operationally supported, and seamlessly integrates to legacy networks at Robins AFB, GA. Contractors responding to this synopsis are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. The government is seeking information in regards to new technology for CAC solutions (CAC issuance and password resets in an self-service environment). The Solution Design is required to facilitate the collection of business requirements and establish the implementation approach. The contractor's Solution Design Phase must provide a formal process undertaken jointly with the customer's business and technical resources team during which the focus should be on discovering and documenting the project's business objectives, as well as fully understanding the expected self-service application's function, hardware, and back-end system integration requirements. The government requests that contractor's provide a clear and specific description of their ideas for a CAC Self-Service Solution. All interested firms regardless of size are encouraged to respond to this announcement.
