- All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing to the following E-Mail address: Punnie.Chittchang@usace.army.mil. This Acquisition shall be competed as a 100% small business set-aside requirement. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-15-R-0010 to provide Mowing Services to Canton, Oklahoma. Mowing Services include services to include such tasks but not limited to mowing public use areas, project office complex, auxiliary spillway channel, saddle dikes and other project lands. Contractor must supply all necessary equipment and supplies to complete the performance requirements. Performance of work is for the areas at Canton, Oklahoma. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract for the period of 1 Mar 2015 - 29 Feb 2016. The contract will also include four (4), one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the purview of the government. A pre-conference meeting/site visit is scheduled for 1:00 PM CST, Wednesday, February 11th, 2015. at the Canton Lake Office, Canton, OK. Canton Resident Office located 1 mile west of Canton on Highway 51, 2 miles north on Highway 58A. Go 1/4 mile past stop sign, turn left on road to cemetery, then turn left again on road just prior to cemetery. Office is located within chain link compound. Attendance is not mandatory but encouraged. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 561730, a Classification Code of S208, and a business size standard of $7.5 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FebBizOpps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps only. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of January 30th, 2015. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about February 18th, 2015. Contractors must be registered and current with System For Award Management (SAM), in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov.
