- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division intends to issue a Full and Open Competitive solicitation for the development of First Article Units and production of Viper/T and APS test equipment for the USMC. The RFP will include First Article Units, production, administration and Program Management, Configuration Management, Engineering Services, Integrated Logistics Support, Training, and adherence to multiple CDRL's/DID's. This requirement will be a single firm-fixed price award. The associated NAICS code is 334515 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The RFP listed under solicitation number N64267-13-R-0021 is expected to be issued electronically. The RFP is expected to be issued by the end of October.
