- Requesting Agency United States Postal Service Customer Products & Fulfillment CMC Printing & Fulfillment Purchasing Team Purpose of This Notice This is a sources sought notice and request for information. This is not a formal solicitation. If you respond to this notice, you may be invited to one or more future solicitations for the specified services. We will announce and post any future solicitations separately. The information you provide to the U.S. Postal Service as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and you give the information with no expectation of compensation. If you provide the information, it is at no cost to the U.S. Postal Service. Sources Sought The Postal Service is seeking an experienced supplier capable of integrating records currently organized in multiple physical and electronic systems into a single electronic system. Specifically, the supplier must be capable of (1) developing an electronic file management structure for this office; (2) converting paper records to electronic files; and (3) integrating all existing electronic, paper, file cabinet and file room records into one collection. Suppliers must have extensive and demonstrable experience commensurate with the requirements of the project. The scope of work is attached.
