Description

This is a combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Trufreeze Cryospray Kits. The Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL has a requirement for Trufreeze Cryospray supplies for use in medical center procedures. The specific supplies required are Trufreeze Cryospray kits consisting of 7FR Catheter Straight Spray, Catheter Introducer, 20FR Cryodecompression Tude (CDT) Dual Lumen, and connector suction tubing. These kits are normally packaged five to a Case. This requirement is for two cases, or 10 kits if otherwise packaged. Any kits offered must be fully compatible with existing equipment in all relevant form, fit and function. It is the responsibility of any vendor offering alternative items to provide documentation with their offer which clearly demonstrates, in the opinion of the US Government Contracting Officer, that the item(s) offered are fully compatible with existing equipment. Failure to provide sufficient documentation with the offer may result in elimination from consideration. This solicitation is fully set-aside for Small Businesses.
