The anticipated period of performance is to commence on 8 June - 1 August 2015 (total 55-days). The USNS Guadalupe has a length of 677 ft., a Breadth of 97 ft., a draft of 35 ft., installed power of 16,000 hp per shaft, propulsion of two medium speed Colt-Pielstick PCA-2/2 10V-570 diesel engines, speed at 20 knots, and a tonnage at 31,200 deadweight tons. Major work items associated with this availability include: Major work items associated with this availability include work on: Starboard Main Engine Clutch Coupling Overhaul, Port and Starboard Main Engine Barring Gear, PTO Groom, Annual GMDSS Recertification, Annual SVDR Rectification, Annual Radar ECDIS Maintenance, Annual certification on Magnetic Compass, and NAVIGAT X Gyro Systems Preventative Maintenance. The estimated issued date of solicitation is on or about 29 January 2015 with an estimated closing date of 30-days upon issuance of solicitation.
