- Life and Medical Solicitation for Locally Employed staff the Embassy of the United States of America and two consulates general in Jeddah and Dhahran Please note that we have released the solicitation for the requirements of the Life and Medical Insurance coverage for Locally Employed Staff at the Embassy of the United States of America and two Consulates General in Jeddah and Dhahran. The anticipated performance for a base period of twelve (12) months and four (04) one year period at the option of the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Your proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal Enclosed" to Ms. Nancy F. Rhodes, Contracting Officer, Embassy of the United States of America P.O. Box 94309, Riyadh 11693, Saudi Arabia on or before 1700, Wednesday, March 18, 2015. No proposals will be accepted after this time.
