Description

Questions from RFP VA259-15-R-0142: (Q 1). Criterion 1, Submission requirements - I see you are only requesting five projects for Section F, not 10. Is this correct? (A 1). Yes (Q 2). Criterion 2, Submission requirements - you are asking for us to indicate whether key personnel hold security clearance and if so, what level. Is a security clearance a requirement? (A 2). NACI security clearance or equivalent is need for any personal entering VA property. (Q 3). Criterion 4, Submission requirements - you are requiring either a CPARS/ACASS evaluation OR a Past Performance Questionnaire to be completed on each one of the five projects we are submitting in Section F. Is this correct? (A 3). Yes (Q 4). Criterion 5, Submission requirements - you state - Offerors shall submit evidence of individuals' experience and qualifications in their respective fields. Additionally, documentation must be provided to show these individuals have worked together as a team on previous ¦.. What is the documentation that you are requiring? I am not sure what this is. (A 4). Completing Sections E, F, and G on the SF 330 will complete the documentation requirement to show these individuals have worked together as a team and their role. (Q 5). Criterion 6, Submission requirements - We are in Omaha NE, however our sub-consultant (MEP) is in Colorado Springs. Are you looking for the Prime to be within the 150 mile radius? (A5 ). Prime must be in the 150mile radius or must give the Sub that is in the 150 miles a signed letter of delegation. (Q 6). Criterion 7, Submission requirements - you state - Offerors shall provide documentation or certificates as evidence of reputation and standing of it firm. What is the documentation or certificates that you are requiring? Again I am not sure what this is. (A 6). Specific achievements of your firm, such as publications, awards, certificates, or commendations from within the community that show you are a firm in good standing. (Q 7). The construction cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Just so I understand this is for everything shown in the solicitation (see below): A. Bldg. 1 Tuckpointing B. 7C123 HVAC Modifications C. 1D108a FCU Installation D. Bldg. 7 Ramp Replacement/Lift Repair (Gym Entrance) E. Fire Alarm System Expansion F.
