Description
**UPDATE - Friday, 23 January 2015** Due to the overwhelming response on the T-REX effort, the SOCOM team has revised a few aspects regarding Industry Day and Breakout Sessions. 1. Briefings - You must be registered to attend Industry Day. There will now be 2 general information sessions due to space limitations. One from 0800-0830 and another from 0830-0900. The same information will be covered at both sessions. These sessions are on a first come first served basis of REGISTERED Industry Day attendees. Once the 0800 session is full you will have to wait until the 0830 session. 2. Cutoff Date for Industry Day Registration and Breakout Session requests is Tuesday, 27 January at 8 a.m. Eastern Time. Late requests will not be accepted. 3. Breakout Sessions - Based upon the amount of time available and the intent of these sessions, the Government team must limit them to those companies that are likely submitting proposals in response to the solicitation. Those companies that intend to be team members, but not prime offerors, are encouraged to attend a session with the prime offeror they will partner with. Therefore, we will only conduct these sessions with those companies who have submitted a timely request and meet the criteria of either a or b below: (a) Your company (by Cage Code) must have the required clearance and therefore, has been approved for Explicit Access to the Draft RFP documents under FBO Pre-solicitation Notice H92222-15-R-0010-DRAFTRFPDOCS AND your company intends to submit a prime proposal in response to the final solicitation AND after reviewing the Draft RFP (paying specific attention to Sections H & L), meets the criteria to propose as a Prime Offeror. (b) Your company (by Cage Code) must have the required clearance and therefore, has been approved for Explicit Access to the Draft RFP documents under FBO Pre-solicitation Notice H92222-15-R-0010-DRAFTRFPDOCS AND your Company is on the OEM List at Draft RFP Section J, Attachment J-3 and therefore, will most likely be a subcontractor under this effort for the Government's brand name equipment items. 4. The SOCOM team will review existing Breakout Session requesters and notify them individually if they don't meet the criteria of 3(a) or 3(b).
