- This is a description of the first task order on FA8224-15-R-0021 FA8224-15-R-0021-Amendment THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). CLIN 0003 Solar Radiation (Sunshine) per MIL-STD-810G Method 505.5 Procudure I CLIN 0004 Low Temperature per MIL-STD-810G Method 502.5 Procedure I. CLIN 0005 Relative Humidity per MIL-PRF-28800f Class II CLIN 0006 Vibration per MIL-PRF-28800F Class II. CLIN 0007 Shock per MIL-PRF-28800F Class II. CLIN 0008 Transit Drop per MIL-PRF-28800F Class II. CLIN 0009 Rain/Splash per MIL-STD810G Method 506.5 Proecudure I CLIN 0010 Explosive Atmosphere per MIL-PRF-28800F Class II. CLIN 0011 Crush Force 100 lbs (+500/0 lbs) applied for 10 minutes in X-Y Axis (PATS 70A laying down with skids on the ground? CLIN 0012 Dust per MIL-STD-810G Medthod 510.5 Procedure I CLIN 0013 Low Pressure Altitude Storage per MIL-PRF-28800F Class II. CLIN 0014 EMI/RFI per MIL-STD-461F,applicable tests are CE102,CS101,CS114,CS115,CS116,RE102,RS103 CLIN 0015 Contract Data Requirment List (CDRLs) INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA Deliverables will be inspected upon arrival EVALUATION CRITERIA AND BASIS FOR AWARD See FA8224-15-R-0021 clause 52.212-2 REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS All quoters shall submit the following: 1) A quotation including all required items 2) Cage Code, DUNS Number, delivery timeframe after receipt of order, 3) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for equipment as defined herein. The Government intends to award a Purchase Order as a result of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation that will include the terms and conditions that are set forth herein. In order to facilitate the award process, ALL quotes shall include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: The offeror shall state "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition." OR The offeror shall state "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following: Offeror shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s) Please note that this procurement is not being conducted under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) program or another Government-Wide Area Contract (GWAC). If an offeror submits a quotation based upon an FSS or GWAC contract, the Government will accept the quoted price. However, the terms and conditions stated herein will be included in any resultant Purchase Order, not the terms and conditions of the offeror's FSS or GWAC contract, and the statement required above shall be included in the quotation. 4) If the quoter is not registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/, a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 OFFERORS REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS is required. Final day to submit questions is 15 Jan 2015 @12noon MST All quotations shall be sent to: Matthew.Loffredo@us.af.mil All offerors shall ensure the RFQ number is visible on the outermost packaging.
