- Statement of Objective for Audio Visual/Virtual Teleconference Maintenance Service This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified prospective SBA 8(a) certified vendors in performing services stated within the Statement of Objective (SOO). SOO is to support DTRA agency's Audio Visual Teleconference (AV/VTC) maintenance service support. Your response to this notice will assist the Government in determining the number of prospective vendors that will qualify for this requirement. If your company is able to provide the requested AV/VTC maintenance service, please submit a capability statement for consideration. Interested parties are expected to review this notice to familiarize themselves with the requirements. A determination by the Government to make an award based upon the responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requirement: DTRA requires an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a full range of Audio/Video and Video teleconferencing (VTC) products and services for the DTRA's enterprise architecture. One of the major objectives in the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is to maintain Audio/Video and Telecommunication Equipment throughout the Agency in order to ensure Mission Readiness. Various Task Orders under this contract shall be for television/display, video teleconferencing (VTC)/TANDBERG, microphones/speakers purchase, installations, maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to DTRA locations at Ft. Belvoir and various other remote locations both CONUS and OCONUS. Within the context of the SOO, a "Product Solution" is defined as all of the components (e.g., hardware, peripherals, accessories, software, installations, warranties, maintenance) required to put in place and support the operation and maintenance of the IT products. Some Product Solutions will require compliance with existing DTRA Information Technology Standards, hereinafter referred to as the "Standards". The anticipated contract type is IDIQ/Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Period of Performance: The estimated ordering period for this requirement is a five year base period. Location: Services provided under the scope of this effort are required at one or more of the following DTRA locations: DTRC at Fort Belvoir, Virginia; Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico; DTRA - Kleber Kaserne, Germany and other locations within CONUS or OCONUS areas. Capability Statement: Responses: Offerors possessing the ability to provide Audio Visual/Virtual Teleconference (AV/VTC) maintenance services as stated in the attachment are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought. Interested offerors should address within their electronic responses the following: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, business size and small business status particularly 8(a) certified small business participant, if applicable should be listed prominently on the document. 2. Ability to provide products and services under Federal Supply Schedules-GSA or any other contract vehicle as applicable. 3. Previous contracts with the Department of Defense (DoD), government agencies, and global corporations to AV/VTC support services. If applicable, please include contract numbers. 4. Employee Retainability; ability to replace employees that leave the contract or take an excessive leave of absence in a timely manner if option taken for on-site FTE. 5. Ability to provide and maintain proficient technical refresh or current and accepted AV/VTC systems. 6. Information related experience in maintaining but not limited to Cisco, VTC switches, Tandberg, Crestron, & ThinkLogic AV/VTC equipment/product. 7. Any other pertinent information that would make the responding company uniquely qualified for this effort. Responses shall not exceed 10 pages single sided pages including attachments, charts, etc. (single-spaced, 12 point font New Times Roman) that clearly details the firms' ability to provide the products required in this notice.
