Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Financial Service Center (FSC) has a requirement for electrical services for the new Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system to support computer server equipment at the Waco Medical Center. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and materials required to install a 480/80A3P breaker, conduit/wire to the new UPS system, and mount receptacles. The solicitation will provide the entire specification for the work to be performed. A site visit has been schedule for January 29, 2015 @ 10:00 am, EST at building 92 located at the Waco Medical Center. It is expected that contractors will attend the site visit and thoroughly familiarize themselves with the project. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS Code for this requirement is 238210 the Size Standard is $14 Million. Prospective vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Further information regarding SAM can be obtained at http://www.sam.gov. The estimated release date of the solicitation will be on or about January 26, 2015, the solicitation will contain the actual due date for the submission of proposals. All questions regarding the solicitation, once released shall be submitted in writing to R. Anthony Hall at the following email address: richard.hall13@va.gov.
