Description

Electronic Military Training & Exercise Programme (e-MTEP) Implementation Electronic Military Training & Exercise Programme (e-MTEP) Implementation Requirement: 1.HQ Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) Deputy Chief of Staff, Joint Force Trainer (DCOS JFT) requires the use of an existing electronic software tool that will support the planning and management of NATO's Military Training and Exercise Programme (MTEP). This software tool will be required to coordinate across NATO Command Structure (NCS), NATO Force Structure (NFS) and National Headquarters. 2.Key aspects of exercise planning solution should include the following: •Full involvement of Nations, through the internet, in order to develop a NATO nation's exercise catalogue and coordinate the linkage of NATO and National exercise planning. • Flexible management of the user rights. •User friendly software for users and administrators. •Flexible software, to allow rapid changes as NATO's exercise planning processes develop. •Sustainable software solution with ongoing change and upgrade process for a minimum of 5 years.
