Description

Amendment 0003 identification of Requirements The 34 items identified in the attached identification of requirements (IOR) are anticipated to be added to this initiative in multiple phases after contract award. All items are designated as sole source to Parker Hannifin Corporation (Parker). If any non-original equipment manufacturer (OEM) source is interested in providing any of the stated items, please notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date. Any alternate source must submit the appropriate data and receive approval by the cognizant Government engineering support activity (ESA). Firms that can produce the items listed in the attached IOR are encouraged to identify themselves. Surplus dealers are also invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLA Directives (DLAD) 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government.
