Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, vehicles, tools, materials, equipment and incidental services required to execute and document Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair Services at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti fuels receiving, storage, distribution, and dispensing facilities. Contractor shall provide Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair Services through implementation of a Preventive Maintenance Plan which defines, schedules, and executes periodic quarterly, semi-annual, and annual facility inspections. The preventative maintenance program shall also include on-call Emergency Repair, on-call Minor Repair, and Records Management for the Camp Lemonnier fuel facilities.
