Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-KS-15-00007 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The contract will be based, consisting of a one year base period. Award will be made to lowest price quote. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Quotes must be emailed, and are due by 01/28/2015 at 13:00 pm Central Time. Provision 52.212-3 and its ALT I, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. Offerors should include a completed copy of this provision with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clauses within the attached document SAP Clause List also apply.
