- Solicitation Package includes SF-1447, solicitation, and attachments. Bareroot Seedling Lift and Pack Services The JW Toumey Nursery announces an opportunity to provide bareroot seedling lift and pack services. The JW Toumey Nursery is located off of Old US Hwy 2E, near Watersmeet, Michigan in Gogebic County. The services to be performed in this contract include lifting and loading of bareroot seedlings and processing of bareroot and container seedlings. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115310. The Small Business Administration size standard is $7.5 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website.The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, quality control and incidentals other than items specified as Government furnished, to perform all work necessary. Services are typically performed between the months of March and May. The Government anticipates a Performance Based Service contract with a one-year base item and four one-year option year items. Estimated start work is spring 2015.
