Description

USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-R anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 25 Feb 2015 for Passenger and Baggage Processing, and related services at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEATAC), Seattle-Tacoma, Washington. The contractor shall provide all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, material, facilities, and other items and services, (except as specified within the contract as government-furnished materials, equipment, facilities, services, and training), as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will be required to lease office space from SEATAC to perform Commercial Gateway functions. Performance period will be 1 Oct 2015 or date of award through 30 Sep 2016. Four (4) one year options will allow performance through 30 Sep 2020. A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled at SEATAC International Airport on 11 Mar 15 for the purpose of reviewing the solicitation and answering questions. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. For purposes of this solicitation the small business size standard is $32.5 million.
