Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Financial Service Center (FSC) has a requirement to procure the use of one training room in which FSC will conduct instructor-led, face-to-face VATAS user training for Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) personnel. The training will be conducted by FSC personnel over five consecutive weeks (24 business days) commencing on February 23, 2015 and ending on March 27, 2015. The purpose of this training is to have VACO personnel proficient in VATAS prior to system deployment by providing role-based computer training to up to 30 students per day. Although all training and training materials will be provided by VA personnel, the successful offeror will be required to provide the training facility and equipment, to include computers, video teleconferencing equipment, as well as technical support for the aforementioned equipment.
