- This is a Sources Sought Notice - Constitutes Market Research This notice is to seek out all Small Business vendors (especially Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses) interested in bidding on this requirement. If interested, vendors should notify the Contracting Officer by emailing Leala.Jew@va.gov by the due date indicated on the notice. This requirement is primarily for a Contractor to provide an educational program to the Fresno VA Medical Center healthcare employees to address their career development needs. THE VAMC is located at 2615 E. Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703. The Contractor shall provide qualified on-site instructor led educational program(s) that will enable employees to learn courses to improve one-self and to lead others. The goals of the education programs are targeted to government employees and shall help early to mid-level healthcare professionals evaluate their career path possibilities within their organization. The Contractor shall deliver an estimated of four (4) sessions of classes during the period beginning 30 days after the award of the contract. Dates and times will be coordinated between the Contractor and Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The POP shall start approximately from April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016. The Contractor shall provide an estimated of four (4) sessions of classes in which each session shall compose of 5 different courses identified as: 1. How to Organize Just About Everything 2. Introduction to Emotional Intelligence 3. Accountability 4. Preparing for Leadership 5. Resume Development. The proposed NAICS code is 611710 and small business size is $15.0 million. The proposed Specialty Item Number (SIN) in GSA eLibrary is 874-4 MOBIS and possibly 132-50. Should there are any other applicable SIN, provide them to Leala.Jew@va.gov by email. The VA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for a period of one year. Refer to attachment Statement of Work for full scope of the requirement. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should be emailed to Leala.Jew@va.gov no later than 4 PM, Pacific Standard Time, on Monday, Feb 2, 2015 by 12 Noon, Pacific Standard Time. Include the following information: POC Name and address of company, phone numbers, DUNS and Experian ID number, socio-economic status, and email address.
