- NSN: 4010-01-168-0123, CABLE, HOIST, RESCUE. QCC Code of "RCP". Approved Source(s): Goodrich Corporation CAGE 3HRL4 and Loos & Co., Inc. CAGE 59157, DWG 3930AS512, Rev C, DTD October 12, 2011, P/N 42305-179. Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements and Configuration Control Applies. Contractor First Article Test (FAT) is required. First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program applies. Stocked Item. This NSN is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI) and is a commercial item. Requested delivery is 90 Days ARO. Solicited on an Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Higher Level Contract Quality Requirement applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 128 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 32 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 1035 each. The minimum delivery order is 32 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 64 each. Surge requirements are applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 12 February 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
