NSN: 5930-01-108-8972, Switch Sensitive. This item is being procured in accordance with the part number listed below: Approved Waived FAT Sources of Supply: Honeywell International, Inc. (91929) P/N: 704EN62-B Illinois Tool Works, Inc. (04426) P/N: 63-200189 SOURCE INSPECTION REQUIRED An active JCP Certification is required. Qualification Testing Applies for Any New Sources Should a company wish to be reviewed and qualified as an "Approved Source", they may submit an application package through the DLA Land and Maritime Alternate Offer / Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. A SAR package contains all technical data needed to demonstrate that the prospective contractor can competently manufacture the product to the same level of quality or better than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The onus is on the contractor to document and demonstrate their product is equal to, or better, than the currently approved item which DLA Land and Maritime is procuring. Offerors should complete and submit their Alternate Offer (with SAR package) to the Contracting Officer listed in the Solicitation. THE TECHNICAL DATA CITED IN THIS SOLICITATION IS NOT COMPLETE, HOWEVER, THE ITEM PROVIDED MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITED TECHNICAL DATA IN ADDITION TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PART NUMBERED ITEM LISTED ON THIS SOLICITATION. Subject to Export-Control Regulations After receiving a SAR approval, the contractor must pass the First-Article Testing Requirements to become an approval source of supply/Waived FAT source.
