Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) and the Sea Warrior Program Office (PMW 240), intends to award a sole source contract to Progeny Systems Corp., (CAGE 04JN4), 9500 Innovation Dr., Manassas, VA 20110-2210. The contract is anticipated to have an period of performance of 60 months. The contract will provide for maintenance of the Afloat Integrated Learning Environment (AILE) developed by Progeny as an application to allow Soldiers/Sailors/Airmen/Marines at sea to have access to the same computer based courseware and career advancement tools available to others currently ashore with Internet access. Progeny Systems Corp. is the only known vendor who possesses the highly specialized knowledge to perform all the requirements of this procurement. The Government intends to award this contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
