- The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command - New Jersey on behalf of the Army Logistics University is conducting market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 10 to identify potential businesses that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to perform Instructor and Training Support services. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a small business size standard of $11 million. It is anticipated this will be a firm fixed price 3-year contract. Interested, capable parties are requested to review the associated attachments (draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and technical exhibits) and submit a capabilities statement based on the work identified in the draft PWS not to exceed five (5) pages (excluding cover sheet) to include: a.Company Name, CAGE code and DUNS Number b.Company Address/Website c.Company point of contact name, email address and telephone number d.Business size/socioeconomic status of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), company CAGE code and DUNS. e.Brief description how your company would meet the requirement Capability statement submissions shall be submitted to the contract specialist, Lorraine Carruba, via email to Lorraine.m.carruba.civ@mail.mil no later than (NLT) 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, 5 February 2015. The subject line shall read quote mark W15QKN-15-R-0048 CAPABILITIES quote mark YOUR COMPANY NAME quote mark. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE IN A SEPARATE ANNOUNCEMENT, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and amendments to any and all documents. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
