- Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, DOC Operations Branch intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to QUICK SERIES PUBLISHING INC., 7491 W. Oakland Park Drive Blvd.., Suite 306, Fort Lauderdale, FL. 33319, to purchase Pamphlets for Installation Fire Prevention. The statutory authority permitting other than Full and Open Competition: FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (c), In accordance with AFARS 5153.9005, the estimated value of the proposed action is $24,100.00. Proprietary publication done by Quick Series Publishing, Inc., for the Fire Department that meets the needs of the Fort Huachuca Fire Department and that they have established an account with the Vendor for previous publications. This publication is required for installation education in situational awareness dealing with a number of fire prevention related subjects for permanent and new personnel on or arriving to Fort Huachuca, AZ. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511130. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
