Description

Amendment 018_Attachment 3_Wage Rates SF30_Amendment 018 In accordance with FAR 22.404-5(c)(3), Expiration of Project Wage Determinations, Amendment 018 incorporates the updated Davis Bacon Wage rate determination MO150056 dated 01/02/2015. Please see Attachment 3. The proposal due date remains January 30, 2015 at 4:00pm Mountain Time (MT). The question submission deadline has passed. In accordance with Clause 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors - Competitive Acquisition, contractors are allowed to revise their price proposal via fax, sent to (303)987-6608 prior to the proposal due date of January 30, 2015, 4pm Mountain Time(MT). In case of price revision, please note contractors are required to submit the Contract Price Schedule in its entirety in order for the revision to be considered. The technical proposal and original price proposal must be received via hard copy mail to the address as indicated in Section L of the Solicitation. Please note in order to meet the requirements for this solicitation, all Amendments (SF30 form) must be signed and submitted with the proposal package. The only exception to this requirement is the Amendment 018 SF30 form which may be submitted via fax to (303)987-6608, Attn: Jason Longshore, Contracting Officer. All submissions related to this Solicitation must be received no later than January 30, 2015 at 4:00pm Mountain Time (MT).
