- The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to issue a modification to increase contract number N62645-15-P-2020 which was originally negotiated on the urgency of the proposed purchase in accordance with FAR Part 13.106(a)(1)(ii). The requirement is for the preparation and delivery for Compounded Pharmaceuticals for Main Pharmacy to be used in operating rooms and for the hospitalized patients at NMCSD. The proposed source is Pharmakon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 801 Congressional Blvd, Carmel, IN 46032. This modification is being put in place until the larger five (5) year requirement is in place which is being competed at the current time. The system shall be compliant with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements to market and deliver medical products for use in the United States of America, even should delivery be requested outside of the United States. The claims made for the product shall comply with the regulations of the FDA with respect to products for marketing and delivery of a medical product for use in the United States of America, even should delivery be requested outside of the United States. The system shall be installed in compliance with OSHA requirements.
