- P15PS00316 Attachment A Propane Tanks and Estimated Quantities This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor; providing the best value to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) P15PS00316. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-78 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. This requirement is open for Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 424710 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. This Acquisition may result in a firm fixed price requirements contract with a Period of Performance from March 1, 2015 to February 28, 2016 in support of Glacier National Park. Glacier National Park proposes to have propane filled in several different tanks throughout the park. There are five contract lines items. This RFQ may result in one contract for all line items or multiple awards for individual line items.
