DESCRIPTION: LTBMU Camp Richardson Bathroom Project will construct a new toilet building with accessible toilet facilities at the Camp Richardson resort recreation sites. The restroom facility will be located on the shore of Lake Tahoe. Work consists of constructing accessible restroom buildings, water quality best management practices, and implementation of temporary erosion control measures. PROJECT LOCATION Camp Richardson is located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe and west of the City of South Lake Tahoe in El Dorado County, California. The project site is located off of State Route 89, approximately 3 miles west of the intersection of Lake Tahoe Boulevard (U.S. Highway 50) and State Route 89 in South Lake Tahoe. PRICE RANGE The Government's estimate is between: $250,000 and $500,000.
