- Standard Commercial Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. AG-82X9-S-15-0010. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 332999, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 750. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business and only small business quotes will be considered for award. A commercial firm-fixed price purchase order is the anticipated award for this requirement. PURCHASE ORDER REQUIREMENT: Purchase and delivery of Slingable Water Bags in support of the Rocky Mountain Interagency Fire Cache located at the Denver Federal Center (Bldg 810/Door N27) Lakewood, CO 80225 within 60 days following award notification. SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Bag - Slingable, Water, 72 GL, NON-POTABLE 2. Color: Orange REQUIRED QUANTITIES: LINE ITEM 001: 88 ea. Bag, Slingable, Water 72 GL, Non-Potable, Orange SHIPPING:____________(MUST INCLUDED SHIPPING PRICING IN QUOTE) TOTAL PRICE:__________ Offerors shall include prices and descriptive literature/company quote containing sufficient technical documentation (include company DUNs) to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement. Quote must meet all requirements and requested quantities to be considered responsive to the advertisement. Only written responses will be considered. Offeror must accept the Government Purchase Card (VISA) as payment terms and conditions. AWARD DETERMINATION: The Government will award a commercial purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose offer, conforming to the solicitation is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government: Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in the solicitation will be considered for award. FAR 52.212-4 (JUL 2013), Offeror Representatives and Certifications-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-4 can be obtained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil. See attached additional applicable clauses. To be eligible for award, contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at www.sam.gov. NO EXEMPTIONS. VENDOR RESPONSE: All responses must be received by 0700 MST on 2/13/15. Quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Kim Luft, at kluft@fs.fed.usor mailed to 740 Simms St Golden, CO, 80401 (Attn: Kim Luft, AQM). FAXED QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All questions in regards to this solicitation need to be submitted in writing (preferably through email) to Kim Luft at kluft@fs.fed.us no later than 1700 MST 2/9/15.
