- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Q1. The FedBizOps and NECO postings list this as Pre-solicitation (Jan 8, 2015) followed by Questions and Answers (Jan 14 and 22) yet it asks for a SF330. Is the solicitation active or just an announcement? A1. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Architect and Engineer Slate/Selection procedures. Interested firms are to submit SF330s as detailed in the posted notice. There will be no separate solicitation. Q2. Can you tell me the deadline for submission of materials for this solicitation? Also, will there be any environmental work under this contract, such as site assessment and/or remediation efforts? A2. The submission deadline is 09 February 2015. Please see the posted synopsis for details about the contract scope and submission requirements.
