- justification ACTS Maintenance Agreements: Contractor shall provide annual ACTS maintenance agreements that provide for Contractor's Basic Maintenance support, which includes business-hours access to Contractor's technical support via telephone and e-mail and any and all software bug corrections standard version updates, enhancements, and/or improvements in the software package. Contractor shall ensure that the ASBCA's ACTS maintenance agreements do not lapse.
