Amendment No. 0001 to Solicitation No. DTFAEN-15-R-00039, Replace Two (2) 25 Ton HVAC Units, Jacksonville ASR-9 Facility, Jacksonville, Florida Solicitation due date of February 2, 2015 @ 2:00pm is unchanged. Amendment No. 0001 dated 01/27/2015 attached. ************************************************************** Solicitation No. DTFAEN-15-R-00039, Replace Two (2) 25 Ton HVAC Units, Jacksonville ASR-9 Facility, Jacksonville, Florida. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Atlanta Acquisition Office, AAQ-510ATL, College Park, Georgia has a new construction effort to Replace Two (2) 25-Ton HVAC Units, Jacksonville ARR-9 Facility, Jacksonville, Florida. All work shall be in accordance with the attached scope of work. This requirement is solely set-aside for Pre-Existing/Qualified Contractors under the Eastern Logistics Service Area Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) with capabilities on major and moderate multidiscipline construction and modernization, HVAC, civil engineering, architectural, structural, and airport field work. The lowest price, technically acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAA �s criteria. The procurement is intended to result in an award of a firm, fixed-price (FFP) Call Order contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $15M. The estimated price range is $50,000.00 to $100,000.00.
