- The Veterans Administration is seeking to award a single contract for inspection and testing of the boiler plant at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64128 from this solicitation. Contract period will begin on or about March 1, 2015 or date of award thru February 29, 2016. Contractor will provide ALL PARTS, TOOLS, LABOR AND MATERIALS TO PROVIDE SEMI-ANNUAL SERVICE FOR COMBUSTION AND CONTROLS TUNING OF THE CURRENT BOILERS AND NEW HAYS CLEVELAND CONTROL SYSTEM. A written report, letter or certification and detailed recommendation of testing and inspection shall be provided to the VA Medical Center, within one week after inspection. Normal working hours are 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220. The solicitation will be posted on or about January 27, 2015. The small business size standard is $15.0 Million.
