- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Network Innovations for satellite radio dispatch, private DEA talk-groups and Point-to-Point service agreement for one year. The period of performance for this requirement is March 1, 2015 through February 29, 2016. Network Innovations is deemed the only responsible source that offers existing DEA private talk-groups and satellite radio services for existing radio dispatch network. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 531120. The Special Notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers. Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) vendors that feel they can meet the Government’s requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. In accordance with FAR 6.305, 14 days after award DEA will make publicly available the Limited Source Documentation.
