Description

Return Package Solicitation Package SF 330 The scope of work may consist of all aspects of Architectural and Engineering Services for Repair & Alteration projects, Building Expansions and New Construction of lease and owned facilities in the State of South Dakota. All work will be developed consistent with Postal Service Building Design Standards and associated Standard Design Criteria as issued by the Facilities Department. It is anticipated that multiple contracts may be awarded. The contract shall have a base term of two (2) years with the possibility of three (3) one‐year bilateral renewal options. Work orders for individual projects will be issued under the terms of the contract and shall not exceed a total of $500,000 each, and the total value of the contract shall not exceed $5,000,000.
