This is a Total Small Business Set Aside requirement for the remanufacture of the F-16 avionics flow control valve. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the remanufacture, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the F-16 avionics flow control valve. A firm fixed priced contract is contemplated. The solicitation number will be FA8118-15-R-0054. Solicitation will be issued on or about: 11 Feb 2015 and closes 11 Mar 2015. Upon issuance of the COMPETITIVE solicitation, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent does not in itself represent the issuing of a formal request for proposal and is not intended to be taken as such. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined per PR FD2030-14-01763 as follows: Item 0001: Remanufacture/Modify, Input As, NSN 4810-01-052-5358, P/N: 3213790-5-1, NSN 4810-01-252-9429, P/N 3213790-5-2, NSN 4810-01-142-6616, P/N 3213790-6-1 and NSN 4810-01-256-1982, P/N 3213790-6-2 Output As, NSN 4810-01-345-1092, P/N 3213790-7-1 Noun, avionics flow control valve; Applicable to F-16 aircraft; Quantity: Basic Year, 35 each; Option I, 35 each; Option II, 35 each; Option III, 35 each; Option IV, 35 each. Item 0002: Over and Above Work. Item 0003: Data IAW DD 1423 (not separately priced). Deliveries are to be 5 each per month beginning 30 days after receipt of order and reparables.
